Karnataka Election: Rahul Gandhi Vs Narendra Modi Fight

With Rahul taking up the second highest position in the Congress party and Modi with his popularity in Gujarat also around country.  Narendra Modi will also become a member of the parliamentary board in BJP.  With the Karnataka Election, this will be the first big fight between the two leaders which will be a face off for 2014 LokSabha Elections.

BJP is playing all its cards with all prominent leaders to be gathering in Karnataka for election campaign with only “Development” as their mantra.  Narendra Modi will be playing a key role and also address some of the rallies in state.  It is said that in 2009, too Modi addressed few rallies and it was loss for BJP where they lost minorities votes.  However, with a rule back in Gujarat, Narendra Modi is going to play safe with only speaking about “Development” in the state.

On the other hand, it is also a testing time for Rahul Gandhi, after the elevation in the party.  This will be his first big election campaign after Uttar Pradesh debacle.  However, there are fair chance for Rahul with difference within the state BJP party and also JD (U).  It may be a smooth ride for him.

However, Karnataka Election which is May 5 will see the first face off between Narendra Modia and Rahul Gandhi, who are gearing up for thenext big Lok Sabha Elections.

BJP elects their state President for Karnataka State

BJP has finally kickeed off the campaign for the Assembly election in the state with a rally in Mysore and also deciding on the State Unit President as “Prahlad Joshi”.  This will a test for Mr. Joshi, as Karnataka election will play very important in deciding the status of BJP in state and also central.  With Yeddyurappa setting up his own party and not willing in any kind of decision with BJP.

The BJP team and key players for the Karnataka State Assembly Elections are: Chief Minister Jagadish Shettar, former Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda, Deputy Chief Minister K S Eshwarappa , State Unit President Prahlad Joshi and senior party leader H N Ananth Kumar

This election will see a good contest between Congress and BJP.  At some places you will also see KJP playing a vital role for Lingayat vote bank and it will be 3 sides contest.  However, Mr. Shettar is confident that BJP will come back to power.  He is also referring for the local body election where KJP did not receive a good number.

Some key points that needs to watch out, who will be campaign for Karnataka election, there are talks that Narendra Modi will present in the state for BJP and where KJP is rolling out industries minister.

Karnataka goes to Poll on May 5

Finally the day has been decided when Karnataka State will go into Polls for the Assembly elections.  Karnataka State Election will be first big election before 2014 election of Lok Sabha.  This will also let us know what is the mood of India citizens and are they looking for change.

With BJP only state, where they had formed Government in South India.  It will be big fight for them to get back to power, as they have lost the local bodies elections few days ago.  BJP is also in crisis with B S Yeddyurappa starting up his own party after parting away from BJP called “Karnataka Janta Party”.   BJP will need to fight battle with Congress and KJP in order to come back into power.

With Congress facing many allegation in the centre, will that reflect in general assembly election in Karnataka, as this is one state where everyone keeps an eye on the happenings in the Central.  Congress, however, has an upper hand in these assembly election with increasing the seats (winning) in local body election.  Also with B S Yeddyurapppa parting away from BJP. However, Congress will also need to fight with one of their minister who has parted away and formed a new party called BSR Congress (B Sri Ramulu Congress Party).

JD( U ), CPI, Samajwadi Party and BSP will also play an important role in this election, as there are equal chance of no party get the required majority in the state elections.

Karnataka will go in Polling on May 5 and counting of votes will start on May 8.

The Congress will count on a victory in Karnataka to enthuse party workers ahead of the next major round of assembly polls in other states in India.

BJP after revolt from all its party members and agitation which was held across the state BJP offices for supporting Babu Rao Kushwaha into the party. Now can breathe a sigh of relief, after Kushwaha wrote a letter to the party to put on hold his party membership.  The Kushwaha saga has brought down the image of BJP in UP, as its main agenda was Corruption in the state and development.

Now BJP has turned back to its main campaigner for the UP Polls to bring the lost glory in the part and also that has happened in last few days.  BJP will begin its campaign with Former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, who has not been in action from last 2 years due to health issues.  The UP Polls will play a major role in the BJP stands at the centre with the party dealing Black money, corruption and many issues in the agenda.

The next star campaigner for BJP will be Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, who has completed the turned around the face of Gujarat after riots which has happened few years ago. Mayawati Statue and Elephants Covered in Uttar Pradesh

However, the draping process has started with department looking forward, who will take up the responsibility of getting them covered across the state. With Election Commissioner order, Congress and other parties have taken up on Mayawati stating that these statue and parks have come with the money of the people in the state and CBI probe need to be taken up on this.

More News on Uttar Pradesh Election:

With BJP being hit by its party members and other parties, by admitting BabuRao Kushwaha into the party.  Finally Kushwaha has decided and written a letter to the party stating to hold his membership process, unless he clears himself from all charges.  Uma Bharathi has also decided for not campaign for the UP election, has she has some back problems and will not be campaigning for the party for few days.  However, it can been seen as she is not happy with the Baburao Kushwaha joining the party.

Election Commission has cancelled the 1st Phase of election in UP schedule on 4th Feb.  The reason for this is a festival of Muslim community falling on the same day and region where 1st Phase is held is dominated by Muslim Community.

Countdown Begins for Election in India

Hi,

We are getting ready for the countdown of election in India.

Election in India mean lots of money, big drama, big names, big parties, Enemies become friends, time for politicians to decide which party will be the best to join and which party will provide them more comfort whether they win or loose.

Current scenario, we see and hear that Congress and other parties are all out on the ground in dealing all parties in order to get the Trust of Vote which can help them to sign the IAEA agreement with US. The politician who were not known to each other from long time have now become the most important member of every meeting and press conference. They have started to look out for options how they can get the best out of it, which party is fulfilling their wishes. Then again still the question stand their whom are they going to support. They are the kings who are going to decide the fate of Congress whether it will stand or fall with the deal. The politician are going to decide the future India, how it will prosper, by making the best deal out the IAEA agreement which Congress need to go for it, in order to keep up its pride.

There are other issues which country is now facing INFLATION, Stock Market, floods and many more. Not a single political party is looking towards the issue or even trying to work on it. Ask any political person, they have their answer ready Crude prices are all time, this is the reason INFLATION is high. We are taking steps to get control it. Everyone is deeply involved in getting each and every person confidence in order to get the IAEA agreement signed or not to be signed. No signs of relief towards Citizen who have elected them a representative of the country.

They are just looking out to their best deal to me made before supporting or not supporting the agreement.

Now here is the Poll:
